contoh Ria, MUMBULSARI, JEMBER, 1 lusin bros kanzashi , 1 lusin bros bebek, 3 lusin peniti bros
2. Kami akan membalas maksimal 1×24 jam berupa, jumlah yg harus dibayar dan ongkos kirim via JNE, no rekening atas nama owner dan memberitahukan waitinglist (daftar tunggu pengerjaan orderan) pada saat tersebut. (ex waiting list masih satu minggu lagi, maka barang akan dikerjakan minggu depan)

3. Kami akan menunggu konfirmasi transfer maksimal 3 hari sejak orderan ditotal, apabila tidak ada konfirmasi maka waiting list kami hapus dan order dianggap batal
4. Setelah proses pengerjaan orderan selesai, maka akan kami kirim via ekspedisi JNE atau WAHANA, kemudian akan kami inbox no resi paket pengirimannya, agar customer bisa tracking via web, paket sedang berada di mana.

2. Kami akan membalas maksimal 1×24 jam berupa ongkos kirim via JNE, jumlah yg harus dibayar , no rekening atas nama owner
3. Kami akan menunggu konfirmasi transfer beru barang akan dipacking. Khusus barang limited stock maka tansfer maksimal 2×24 jam, lebih dari itu kami anggap batal.
4. Setelah transferan kami cek, maka akan kami kirim via ekspedisi JNE setiap rabu dan sabtu,kemudian akan kami inbox no resi paket pengirimannya, agar customer bisa tracking via web, paket sedang berada di mana.
-Untuk lokasi di luar kota malang, barang akan dikirim via jasa ekspedisi JNE setiap rabu dan sabtu, lama pengiriman antara 3-5 hari. Untuk order di atas 80000 bisa request menggunakan jasa ekspedisi Wahana, tapi Wahana hanya menjangkau area kota
-Kemiripan produk asli dengan gambar yang didisplay 90-99% bergantung pada efek cahaya
-Untuk produk made by order/ P.O lama proses pembuatan tergantung waktu pembayaran (DP/ Full Payment), waiting list , jenis dan banyaknya produk.
-Pembayaran paling lambat sehari sebelum hari pengrimian dilakukan via transfer ke Rekening BRI atau BCA yang akan diberitahukan setelah konfirm pemesanan produk plus ongkir. (Pembayaran diatas total 500rb bisa DP 50%, dan harus dilunasi sebelum pengiriman barang) . Rekening hanya atas nama owner (apabila mendapat pesan transfer ke rek selain atas nama owner maka dipastikan bukan dari sparks aksesoris n craft)
-Order yang sudah kami catat atau sudah di DP TIDAK DAPAT DIBATALKAN (HIT N RUN = BLACKLIST)
-Tidak melayani pertanyaan cara pembuatan/tutorial di album jualan.
-cara tracking dengan memasukan no resi pada kolom yang tersedia pada web JNE (www.jne.co.id), web wahana (www.wahana.com)
